Portugal News: You’re in for a treat

For those who have never visited the Better Living in Portugal exhibition, there is a treat in store for you, the organisers say. Under one roof, you will find all aspects of enjoying your life here in Portugal and opportunities to learn where you can spend some leisure time away from your home in the sun, including cruising and hotel accommodation.

"The excitement is already starting to build, particularly among the exhibitors for whom this year will be their first at BLiP," said Sheena Rawcliffe, co-director of Exiberia, the company which organises BLiP on behalf of AFPOP, the association for foreign residents and property owners in Portugal.

This year, two new companies are sponsoring BLiP, Algarve Laptops and DLA Publicidade, as well the The Resident group of companies. Algarve Laptops are offering a free laptop computer to the lucky prize winner of the entrance ticket draw, and "this can only be a win-win situation, as your entrance to BLiP is free of charge", says Sheena Rawcliffe. Exiberia encourages you to visit the BLiP website (www.blip-exhibitions.com) to get a feel for the exhibition.

During September, additions will be made to the website including the location of satellite parking areas, from which you will be transported by minibus to the exhibition site. The opening hours for BLiP are Saturday, 10am until 7pm, and Sunday, 11am until 6pm. Source: The Online Resident
